TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

ITK packages are final sale.

Clients shall be offered 48-hour cancellation options and an opportunity to re-book. 

In the event of unforeseen restaurant closures, clients will be rebooked at the earliest mutual convenience.

SALE TERMS: 

The ITK experiences can be redeemed by contacting Into the Kitchen's reservations team via the provided contact details

The gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Experiences must be booked and completed within this period. Expired gift certificates will not be honored or refunded.

CLIENT INFORMATION:

Client shall provide  ITK the recipients’  contact information, including a valid phone number and email address.

Recipient shall inform Into the Kitchen of any allergies or dietary restrictions within 48 hours of the Into the Kitchen experience.

Both the client and the recipient shall be jointly responsible for compliance with the terms and conditions 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recipient is  responsible for arriving at the designated restaurant on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered for missed experiences due to tardiness.

Recipient is expected to conduct themselves respectfully during the culinary experience and adhere to any guidelines or instructions provided by restaurant staff.

DRESS CODE:

Recipient shall adhere to the dress code provided by Into the Kitchen, which may include wearing attire such as hair tied back and rubber-soled closed-toe shoes. A chef's jacket may be supplied for the duration of the kitchen experience.

LIABILITY: 

ITK client and recipient acknowledges and assumes any inherent risks associated with participating in the culinary experience and release Into the Kitchen from any liability.

Clients and recipient acknowledge that participation in culinary experiences involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents and injuries. 

Clients and recipient voluntarily assume these risks and release Into the Kitchen from any liability associated with such risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY:

Clients are allowed to capture photographs and videos for personal use, including social media sharing and personal memories.

Into the Kitchen agrees not to publish or use clients' likeness, including photographs or videos, for promotional or commercial purposes without obtaining the client's express permission. Into the Kitchen shall seek permission from clients before using any images or videos featuring them for any public or promotional purposes.
